Installations and equipment for the paperindustry:

Pulper rake systems (Rechen)
Waste paper pulper clumps of contaminants such as wire, plastic, foils, etc. can form into a "wire". If only short wires that arise from the pulper, that is difficult to capture, a rake Lohse-system application can be a solution. The system consists of a base unit where three different trapping systems can be attached to:
Type R (Rechen):
Suitable for contaminants that do not clump together.
Type H (Hooks):
Suitable for removing small threads.
Type K (Kombination):
Suitable for removing both short wires as individual contaminants.

The rake system stands beside the pulper. In resting position the arm stand over a cutter tray. During the cleaningproces, the arm will be inserted into the pulper where contaminants (reject) are collected. Then the rejection is dumped in a separate container.
Pulper tail cutters
The impurities, usually tied in a wire form, will be removed from the pulper. These wires have a diameter of 150 to 500 mm. To simplify the drain, these wires can be cut into pieces. The tail cutter consists of two hydraulic cutters and is available in two sizes:
- Pulper-wire cutter 480 DW
- Pulper-wire cutter 700 DW

Stainless steel drums
Several vessels and vessels of stainless steel.
Reject presses
Hydraulic press to remove liquid from the rejection (the impurities removed from the pulper)
Reject barrels
Rotating drum sieves to remove larger contaminants from the rejection.
Vibration Screens
Vibrating sieve to separate different types of materials.
Safety access doors
Stainless steel safety access doors for various types of barrels and bunkers. Suitable for pressure and vacuum applications. Equipped with a special unlocking protection. Also suitable for use in concrete.
