The Konrad patented Exentromat® non-return valves and butterfly valves have a double eccentric disc- and valve design and are made out of welded construction of forged- or casted (stainless) steel. Due to this high-end design, these valves are considered as being sound and reliable, ensuring a long operational live.
Because every design element can be fabricated using several materials, these non-return valves can be adapted to personalized and specific needs perfectly. Whether the medium contains cooling water, slurry or the most corrosive of exhaust gasses, Konrad valves provide a long-term solution. The valves are available with flanges or with welded constructions and are 100% gas tight (bidirectional when required).
The range of standard materials for housings and discs includes: 1.0038 (S235 JR), 1.0425 (P265 GH/HII), 16 Mo3, 1.4301, 1.4401, 1.4439, 1.4462, 1.4541, 1.457.
The range of standard materials for disc sealings includes: NBR (Perbunan®), FKM (Viton®), PTFE, RVS, RVS graphite of PTFE laminate.
