Product information

Habonim 3-piece cryogenic ball valves Series C26 with ISO 5211 top flange feature an upstream pressure relief hole to prevent pressure buildup in the ball. The ball valve features hybrid seats to accommodate higher pressures than the standard design.

The minimal fluid layer between bonnet and spindle ensures a leak-free spindle seal. All Habonim cryogenic ball valves feature the patented Total HermetiX™ spindle seal (certified for 500,000 cycles ISO 15848-1) and come standard with double body seals for maximum integrity. The use of short housing bolts minimizes thermal expansion and prevents leakage at the housing seals.

Application

The Habonim C26 Series is a cryogenic floating ball valve with a three-piece construction suitable for applications up to 100 bar (1500 psi). The design offers efficient heat transfer through a narrow gap between the expansion and the stem. The valve has a No-Trap cavity to prevent pressure build-up and is suitable for bidirectional applications. The valve is available in sizes from 2" to 8" (DN50-DN200).
