Habonim 3-piece cryogenic ball valves for high pressure Series C28 with ISO 5211 top flange feature an upstream relief hole to prevent pressure buildup in the ball. The ball valve features hybrid seats making it suitable for pressure rating up to and including 2500lbs.
The minimal fluid layer between bonnet and spindle ensures a leak-free spindle seal. All Habonim cryogenic ball valves feature the patented Total HermetiX™ spindle seal (certified for 500,000 cycles ISO 15848-1) and come standard with double body seals for maximum integrity. The use of short housing bolts minimizes thermal expansion and prevents leakage at the housing seals.

Application
The Habonim C28 Series is a high-pressure cryogenic ball valve designed for use up to 2500 class (414 bar). This valve is ideal for applications in the LNG industry and other cryogenic systems. With a hybrid seat design and No-Trap cavity, it prevents pressure buildup and provides reliable low-temperature performance. The C28 series complies with ASME B16.34 and is suitable for both manual and automatic operation.
