The Habonim C77DS cryogenic double block and bleed ball valves are flanged ball valves consisting of two block valves and one bleed valve for 100% guaranteed isolation. The molded body provides a cost-effective design.
The minimal liquid layer between bonnet and spindle ensures a leak-free spindle seal. All Habonim cryogenic ball valves feature the patented Total HermetiX™ stem seal (certified for 500,000 cycles ISO 15848-1) and come standard with double body seals for maximum integrity. The use of short housing bolts minimizes thermal expansion and prevents leakage at the housing seals. The bleed valve can be designed as a needle valve or ball valve. The block valves can be operated individually or supplied with a mechanical link.
The flanged C77DS series is suitable for pressure class PN16 and is available in various sizes.

Habonim's C77DS Series is a cryogenic flanged double block & bleed (DB&B) valve that is ideal for cryogenic applications requiring high levels of safety and reliability.The valve features a design that integrates two isolation valves and one bleed valve into a single body, which minimizes the number of potential leakage points and reduces overall installation length. The design is kept compact by integrating valves, piping and fittings.
