Our 3-piece Habonim Type R47 bottom valves with ISO 5211 top flange are equipped with a weld-in flange for direct attachment to the tank, reactor or container. The weld-in flange is available according to demand making customization possible.

All bottom taps feature the patented Total HermetiX™ spindle seal certified to ISO 15848-1 for fugutive emissions (500,000 cycles) and come standard with double housing seals for maximum integrity. The bottom valves are also available as flush pipe/zero pocket versions. A wide range of options are available for the outgoing connection. Contact our specialists for a customized solution.

Application

Our bottom cranes are adaptable to specific conditions in several ways:

  • Design ball: C-ball, V-ball, downstream pressure ball, self-cleaning CIP/SIP ball, multi-way ball
  • Design seat: self-relieving-seat, hybrid seats, cavity fillers, metal-sealing seats
  • Safety options: spring return handle, fugutive emissions bonnet, locking device
  • Through specific modifications, all ball valves can be made suitable for ammonia, chlorine, oxygen and vacuum applications
  • Customization: custom design to make the bottom valve ideally suited to specific conditions: saucer shape, flat shape, elliptical, conical, spherical
