Habonim ball valves Z47M three-piece flanged for a range of -60°C to 650°C with a hybrid or metal seal. Each ball and seat assembly is precision machined, ground and then fitted for a perfect match.

Application
For the range of Habonim ball valves Z47M to 650⁰C, only ASME B16.34 forged material is used for the construction of the pressure-bearing elements. Here we have a choice of F22 material or 321H. Both the ball and the seat are treated with HVOF (High Velocity Oxygen Fuel).
Various HVOF spray solutions based on chromium and tungsten carbides: Cr3C2 chromium carbide (> 68HRC), WC-Co tungsten carbide (> 72HRC) can be used depending on the application. The ball valve is also equipped with an extended bonnet for heat dissipation. Thus, the ball valve can be used for applications up to 650⁰C and in sizes up to 8''.
