Habonim metal seated ball valves up to 400°C flanged Z77P are ball valves with a hybrid or metal seal for demanding high temperature applications. Each ball and seat assembly is precision machined, ground and then fitted for a perfect match.
For the range up to 400⁰C, both the ball and seat are treated with LPTN (Low Temperature Plasma carbo-Nitriding). LPTN is a cost-effective hardening system for austenitic stainless steels, providing a minimum thickness of 40 microns and more than three times (> 68HRC) the natural hardness of the base material. Thus, the ball valve can be used for applications up to 400°C and in sizes up to 6''.

Application
The Habonim Z77P series is a rugged metal seat ball valve designed to perform under the harshest industrial conditions, including high temperatures and pressures. These valves are rated for temperatures from -60°C to 400°C and pressures up to 20 bar, making them ideal for applications in the petrochemical, power generation and oil and gas industries.
