The Habonim double block and bleed ball valves series 73DS and 74DS are based on the 73 and 74 series valves and feature ANSI 150lbs. or ANSI 300 lbs. flanges. The molded body provides a cost-effective design.
These double block and bleed ball valves feature the patented Total HermetiX™ stem seal certified to ISO 15848-1 (500,000 cycles) and come standard with double body seals for maximum integrity. The bleed valve can be designed as a needle valve or ball valve. The block valves can be operated individually or supplied with a mechanical link.

Application
Habonim's 73DS Series is a double block & bleed (DB&B) floating ball valve designed for applications requiring a high degree of safety and leakage control. This valve has two isolation valves and one relief valve in a single valve body, which minimizes the number of possible leakage points and makes the overall system more compact and lightweight.
These valves are often used in industries with stringent leakage control requirements, such as oil and gas, chemical processing and other industries where high pressure and stringent emission standards are important. They withstand fire safety requirements and have a zero fugitive-emission design, meaning they do not allow unwanted emissions to escape.
