The Habonim double block and bleed ball valves series 77DS are based on the 77 series ball valves. The molded body provides a cost-effective design.
These double block and bleed ball valves feature the patented Total HermetiX™ stem seal certified to ISO 15848-1 (500,000 cycles) and come standard with double body seals for maximum integrity. The bleed valve can be designed as a needle valve or ball valve. The block valves can be operated individually or supplied with a mechanical link.

Application
Habonim's 77DS Series is a double block & bleed (DB&B) floating ball valve designed for applications where safety and reliable operation are essential. This valve combines two isolation valves and one relief valve in a single valve body, which minimizes the number of potential leakage points and makes the system more compact. This design is ideal for applications in the oil and gas, petrochemical, and other heavy industries.
