Why type Ai-1? Type Ai-1 is a standard rubber expansion joint with PTFE insert and rotatable flanges. Various flange bores are possible. Because of the PTFE insert, there is no direct contact between the medium and the rubber bellows.
The Stenflex rubber expansion joint type Ai-1 is an axial expansion joint without limitation and is universally applicable.

Application
The Stenflex rubber expansion joint type Ai-1 is general purpose and good for food or aggressive media due to its PTFE liner. It is also suitable for absorbing vibrations from pumps, decoupling weighing cells or recording pipe displacements.
