Product information

The AMM740 double eccentric butterfly valve is a valve for flue gas up to a maximum operating temperature of 200ºC. Flue gas systems are characterized by low operating pressures so these valves are manufactured from sheet material as standard and are suitable for operating pressures up to 0.5 bar. This series of flue gas valves features a double eccentric design allowing 100% tightness / zero leakage to be guaranteed without the use of a barrier air system.

The valve is designed so that the stuffing box gasket pusher and bolts are not subject to the temperature in the pipe, allowing the stuffing box gasket to be serviced from the outside at all times (outside operation).

Lekrate:

- rate VI ANSI/FCI 70-2 (zero leakage)

Application

The double eccentric butterfly valve for flue gas type AMM740 is commonly used for air and flue gas where 100% tightness must be guaranteed without the use of a barrier air system. These valves are fully customizable to your requirements.

Standard part of the delivery is a general arrangement drawing and a 3D file for approval. After approval of the proposed design, we will start production. This avoids surprises and guarantees that valves can always be fitted appropriately.
