Habonim cryogenic trunnion ball valves series C81 with ISO 5211 top flange feature a spring-loaded seat construction with piston effect (SPE or DPE) to prevent pressure buildup in the ball.
The minimal fluid layer between bonnet and spindle ensures a leak-free spindle seal. All Habonim cryogenic ball valves feature the patented Total HermetiX™ spindle seal (certified for 500,000 cycles ISO 15848-1) and come standard with double body seals for maximum integrity. The use of short housing bolts minimizes thermal expansion and prevents leakage at the housing seals.

Application
The Habonim C81 Series is a cryogenic trunnion-mounted ball valve designed for low temperature applications. This valve has a rugged design, is bi-directional and meets key standards such as API 6D and API 6FA. It offers reliable high-pressure performance and is designed to prevent pressure buildup in the valve cavity. The design is suitable for LNG systems and other cryogenic applications.
