Habonim bi-directional cryogenic trunnion ball valves Series C91 with ISO 5211 top flange feature spring-loaded seat construction with piston effect (SPE and DPE) to prevent pressure buildup in the ball.
The minimal fluid layer between bonnet and spindle ensures a leak-free spindle seal. All Habonim cryogenic ball valves feature the patented Total HermetiX™ spindle seal (certified for 500,000 cycles ISO 15848-1) and come standard with double body seals for maximum integrity. The use of short housing bolts minimizes thermal expansion and prevents leakage at the housing seals.

Application
The Habonim C91 Series is a cryogenic trunnion-mounted ball valve designed for low-temperature applications. It has a three-way construction and offers reliable performance under high pressure (up to 20 bar). The valve is suitable for bi-directional operation, has a No-Trap cavity to prevent pressure buildup, and complies with various standards such as API 6D and API 6FA. The design enables efficient heat transfer and is suitable for cryogenic applications such as LNG systems.
