A locking device is an accessory that allows a handle to be locked in an open or closed position. The spring-loaded construction, which is attached directly to the valve's ISO 5211 top flange, ensures that the handle remains locked in alli nstallation orientations of the valve, even under vibrating and dynamic conditions. Accidental and unauthorized operation of the handle is thus eliminated.
