The Stenflex rubber expansion joint type R-1 is an axial expansion joint without limitation and is universally applicable. Various flange bores are possible here. The expansion joint type R-1 is a standard rubber expansion joint and is similar to the type A-1, only with an installation length of 130 mm.

Application
The Stenflex rubber expansion joint type R-1 is generally applicable and well suited for absorbing vibration from pumps, absorbing ground settlement or pipe displacement. The universal short installation length of 130 mm allows the expansion joint to absorb slightly less axial movement compared to the type A-1.
