Habonim ball valves Z77W with a hybrid or metal seal for applications with relatively low temperatures (up to 260⁰C) are commonly used if the medium is abrasive. The metal seal is better suited to the medium than a standard seat and provides a longer stand time.
Each ball and seat assembly is precisely machined, ground and then fitted for a perfect match. The other design features of the ball valve remain relatively standard.

Application
Habonim ball valves Z77W are designed for applications requiring temperatures up to 260°C and pressure classes up to 150. They are often used in chemical and petrochemical processes, as well as in power plants, where they must withstand extreme temperatures and abrasive media.
Thanks to their robust design, with materials such as stainless steel and advanced coatings such as chromium carbide and tungsten carbide, they offer long life and reliable performance. The valves are designed to minimize leakage and offer constant seat preloading through Inconel 718 Belleville spring systems.
