Product information
The Core PTFE plain bearing type WBH is a square or rectangular PTFE plain bearing for larger loads. The plain bearing consists of a base plate and one or more PTFE elements. The base plate is welded to the supporting structure and comes with a matching counter bearing.
The PTFE plain bearing type WBH can accommodate displacements in two directions. The standard motion absorption capacity is plus-minus 20 mm, 40 mm or 80 mm. Special dimensions and base materials are possible on request.

Application
Applications for Core PTFE plain bearings include high temperature boilers, reactors and long pipeline runs. In addition, there are applications where heavy construction is slowly shifted such as the soccer field at the Gelredome, the retracting of bridges and the launching of ships.
