Habonim ball valves Z91W 3-piece with a hybrid or metal seal for relatively low temperature applications (up to 260⁰C) are commonly used if the medium is abrasive. The metal seal is better suited to the medium than a standard seat and provides a longer stand time.
Each ball and seat assembly is precisely machined, ground and then fitted for a perfect match. The other design features of the ball valve remain relatively standard.

Application
Habonim Z91W ball valves are designed for temperatures up to 260°C and pressure class 150, making them ideal for applications in the oil and gas industry, chemical processes and power plants. With their rugged three-piece construction, double block and vent system and corrosion-resistant bearings, they offer reliable performance in demanding environments.
The valves are API 6D-certified, fireproof to API 6FA and ISO 10497, and suitable for bi-directional operation, making them versatile for critical industrial applications.
