All Lohse gate valves can be equipped with single or multiple flush connections.
Flush connections allow the dead spaces within the valve and between the orifice and packing(s) to be flushed out by air or liquid before the valve opens and/or closes. This prevents media such as salt, lime and sugar from solidifying and prevents the valve from seizing.
The type of connections is on request. Standard options are G1/4'', G1/2'' and ½'' NPT. The number of spool connections varies from 2 pieces to 8 pieces if desired.
