Habonim metal seated ball valves up to 400°C 3-piece flanged Z28P are ball valves with a hybrid or metal seal for demanding high temperature applications. Each ball and seat assembly is precision machined, ground and then fitted for a perfect match.
For the range up to 400⁰C, both the ball and seat are treated with LPTN (Low Temperature Plasma carbo-Nitriding). LPTN is a cost-effective hardening system for austenitic stainless steels, providing a minimum thickness of 40 microns and more than three times (> 68HRC) the natural hardness of the base material. Thus, the ball valve can be used for applications up to 400°C and in sizes up to 6". This particular series is suitable for high pressures up to class 2500.

Application
Habonim's Z28P floating ball valves are designed for applications with extremely high pressures and temperatures up to 400°C. They are widely used in the petrochemical industry, power plants and other harsh industrial environments where reliable performance under extreme conditions is required. With a pressure rating of up to 2500 and special hybrid seats, these valves offer a leak-tight seal and low operating forces.
Thanks to high-quality materials and coatings, such as chromium and tungsten carbide, they are resistant to corrosion and wear, making them ideal for long-term use in demanding applications.
