Habonim metal seated ball valves Z91P to 327°C 3-piece flanged are ball valves with a hybrid or metal seal for demanding high temperature applications. Each ball and seat assembly is precision machined, ground and then fitted for a perfect match.
For the range up to 327⁰C, both the ball and seat are treated with LPTN (Low Temperature Plasma carbo-Nitriding). LPTN is a cost-effective hardening system for austenitic stainless steels, providing a minimum thickness of 40 microns and more than three times (> 68HRC) the natural hardness of the base material. Thus, the ball valve can be used for applications up to 327°C and in sizes up to 12".

Application
The Habonim Z91P ball valves are suitable for high temperature applications. With a temperature range of -46°C to 327°C and a pressure range of up to 20 bar, this valve is ideal for applications in the oil and gas, petrochemical and power generation industries, where reliability and performance under extreme conditions are essential.
