Z47P
Product information
Habonim metal seated ball valves up to 400°C 3-piece flanged Z47P are ball valves with a hybrid or metal seal for demanding high temperature applications. Each ball and seat assembly is precision machined, ground and then fitted for a perfect match.
For the range up to 400⁰C, both the ball and seat are treated with LPTN (Low Temperature Plasma carbo-Nitriding). LPTN is a cost-saving hardening system for austenitic stainless steels, providing a minimum thickness of 40 microns and more than three times (> 68HRC) the natural hardness of the base material. Thus, the ball valve can be used for applications up to 400°C and in sizes up to 8''.

Application
Habonim's Z47P series of floating ball valves is a three-piece valve suitable for high temperatures up to 400°C and pressure rating up to 600. These valves are widely used in chemical plants, power plants and petrochemical processes where high pressure and temperature are combined with aggressive or abrasive media.
Thanks to their robust construction and special coatings, such as chromium carbide and tungsten carbide, they offer long life and reliable performance even under extreme conditions.
