The Stenflex rubber expansion joint type C-31 is a rubber expansion joint with all-rubber flanges and tie rods, available in large diameters. Various flange bores are possible here. Thanks to the tie rods, the pressure reaction force in a system is absorbed. As standard, the tie rods are limited only on the outside, which prevents the expansion joint from extending.
The Stenflex rubber expansion joint type C-31 is available in three different pressure stages, the installation length can be customized. Optionally, the tie rods can be limited on the outside, as well as on the inside. In this way, the expansion joint cannot extend and cannot be compressed (e.g. in vacuum).

Application
Type C-31 is general purpose and well suited for absorbing vibration from pumps, absorbing ground subsidence or lateral pipe displacements.
