Why metal seated ball valves?

When the operating temperature in a system is so high that polymers or elastomers cannot be used, metal seals are the only remaining option. With a metal seal, our ball valves are suitable up to a maximum temperature of 650⁰.

Depending on the requirements and demands, we can provide spring loaded and/or hybrid metal seals. To treat the ball and seat, we apply the LPTN technique or use a chromium carbide, thungsten carbide or stellite 6 coating.
